The process of identifying your life purpose is based on inner work, practical exercises through the body and mind that allows your higher self to come out and be your guide. What is happening to you and what is blocking you from becoming this powerful vibrant woman that you were created to be?

10 FACTORS NECESSARY TO IGNITE YOUR BEING

1) BE THE MASTER OF YOUR MIND, NOT THE SLAVE  
We have an average of 70,000 thoughts a day, or about 35 thoughts a minute. The mind's job is to think and it is a good thing, except when we identify with every thought the mind thinks. When you believe in a  thought, you label it and it will create an emotion. If you identify yourself with and believe every thought the mind generates, that may lead you to feel depressed or anxious. The mind will look for evidence as to why you are feeling this way or that way, to prove that what you think and feel is right. For example, if you believe doctors kill people, the mind will find prove for that.  If you believe doctors save lives, the mind will also find prove for that. What you have to decide is which thoughts will make you happier? By observing the mind's process and questioning your core beliefs, you become the master of your mind, not its slave. How good are your thoughts or beliefs if they create suffering for you? You are not your mind, you are the spark of consciousness behind it. How can you be more aware of your thought pattern now? 


2) FREE YOUR LIFE FROM ASSUMPTIONS

If it happened in the past, it will happen again? Not necessarily. Building up assumptions and interpretations is one of the mind's favorite games. The mind always compares and rationalizes about people and events, and will justify them to protect you from harm. However, by doing that, it will distance you from connecting with others and hold you back from embracing new opportunities. Learn to live life without assumptions and interpretations and allow situations to unfold naturally at each specific moment, not taking anything personal or interpreting actions and thoughts of others. Find in this real freedom of being!


3) LEARN WHAT DRAINS YOUR ENERGY
Negative and non-useful thoughts drain your energy. And thoughts that usually start with “if” or “when” just take it all away! You left with no motivation, exhausted at the end of the day. By creating awareness as these thoughts appear you can transform them into positive and useful masters to what you need to change, using them as antidotes. For instance, changing the thought, “If I were married I would be happier” to “I am happy now, I love myself. I am a loving person.”  it will increase energy tenfold. So, are you ready to rephrase your "if" and "when" thoughts now? Be a "Thought Catcher" or a "Thought Hunter" 

4) CLEAR THE CLUTTER

How you do one thing is how you do everything. If your house is a mess and you live surrounded by clutter, your mind will reflect that by being confused and overloaded by thoughts. By clearing up your physical space, you clear up your mental space. The mind is a reflection of what it sees and what you see is a reflection of your mind. Work with one to fix the other.


5) DETERMINE YOUR PURPOSE IN LIFE

What makes your heart sing? What excites you? If you could do anything you wanted to - if you had all the time, talent, money, resources, self-confidence and support you could imagine - what would you want to accomplish in your life? What did you like to do when you were a child? Have a clear vision, have a purpose or a dream. Purpose is the fuel that you need to become motivated and live a joyful life. Start by writing your vision and dreams in your journal. You will be amazed when you find out that they are possible. 



6) MAKE A LIFE INVENTORY
Eight areas make up a person’s being: personal, family, relationships, health, finance, career, enjoyment and spiritual awareness. All these areas must be tended in order for you to feel balanced, fulfilled and happy. If any area is unattended, the imbalance will cause a feeling of disconnection with life, lack of motivation and low self-esteem. Examine these areas in your life, understand what is missing and create a plan of action for each one and start living a more fulfilling, joyful & powerful life.



7) HANG OUT WITH DYNAMIC GOAL-GETTERS 

The environment you live in and who you hang out with have major influences on your being. If the people you spend time with are happy and fulfilled or worried and sad it will have an enormous impact in your state of mind and life. If someone is not cheering for your success and his or her own, be nice to them but don’t spend much time around. Dynamic goal-getters who are spiritually connected and who live their lives as they want are the folks you want to hang out with. They serve as your models after whom you can create a much happier, truly fulfilling life!


8) BE IN THE MOMENT

As you look closely, you will find out that the present moment is all you have. Everything else is a state of mind, it does not -- really -- exist. If you are IN-TO-IT you will use your IN-TU-IT-ION because when you are truly present, your senses come alive: you breath with awareness, feel the details on what you hold in your hands, the water on your skin as you shower, the sound of the wind, the smell of food, and the pleasures of sex can be manyfold increased.
By practicing to focus your attention in the here now, you will learn how drifting into the past or future can literally be a waste of your time.



9) DANCE YOUR LIFE

If you could play music right now, what music would translate your feelings? Through movement and breath, emotions stuck in your body can be released. By acknowledging that the body has purposes far beyond the digesting of food, walking, breathing or making a baby will magnify your ability to heal yourself, your promptness to respond to intuition and a create a total integration of being. Move your physical being to still your busy mind. Dance with your emotions and honor the wisdom of your body.


10) THE POWER OF GRATITUDE

Yes, you have been wronged. Yes, you have wronged. Maybe you did not mean it, but what if you could shift anger and regret into gratitude? What if you could take a look into a situation with complete fresh eyes, understand it and feel free from that huge weight that keeps you down? What if instead you raised your face to the sky and thanked the Universe for the streaks of sunshine making their way between skyscrapers, for a friend who calls and wants to spend some time with you tonight, for a flower making its way through? Nature, in all its forms, even cities, is an incredible presence we easily overlook. Exercise your gratitude muscle now and offer a quick thank-you prayer to yourself, a part of Nature. This gratitude state always aligns you to something other than yourself. Even something greater than yourself. And by doing this, let all wrong be righted.
