7 Steps GOAL SETTING GUIDELINES FOR 2014

IT'S NOT ABOUT GOALS,  IT IS ABOUT FEELINGS!! 

So, grab a pen and a paper, and seat down by that quite place. This is your time to get your mind focused on building the life you will love to live! Put on your inspiring music, light up a candle, or
turn on that fragrant scent defuser... 

Let’s start? 





1) START BY WRITING DOWN WHAT YOU DON'T WANT
Write down the main areas of your life.  (ex:  Health, Love, Money, etc..)
Next to each area, write down all that you don’t want to feel.  Ex: I don’t want to feel tired, or sick, or feeling this or that... // I don’t want to lose time dating the wrong person // I don’t want to feel tight with money, or I don’t want to lose money, etc..

2) WRITE THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT YOU DON'T WANT (which is what you really want) 

Scratch off what you don’t want, and write underneath the opposite of that. Ex: I want to feel energized and healthy, or I want to feel pain-free (be specific with your health issue) // I want to date the right person // I want to feel abundant with money, or I want to make more money ...

3) DEFINE YOUR CORE FEELINGS

Declare your core feelings for each of that you really want (those are your goals).  Ask - what it means to feel that way? 
Ex: what does it mean to feel energized and healthy? // what does it mean to date the right person? What are the core qualities for the “right person”? //  what does it mean to feel abundant? What is the core feeling of abundance for you? 

4) INQUIRE 

Ask yourself: What am I going to do to generate my core feelings as of today? 
Ex: let’s say your core feelings are: joy, abundance, and romance
So, ask: 

*what am I going to do today to generate joy in my life? 
*What am I going to do today to generate abundance in my life?
*What am I going to do today to generate romance in my life?

5) Make it:  "SMART" 
It means: Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic, Timed
S - specify (write exactly what you want in details / ex: don’t say I want to make more money, 
say: I want to make $1000 dollars) 
M - measurable (ex: I want to make $1000 dollars more per month) 
A - actionable - achievable (don’t make it impossible, such as I want to make a million in a month)
R - realistic (don’t make it unrealistic, such as I want to win the lottery) 
T - time bond (specify the time / ex: I want to make $1000 dollars more per month by March 2014)


6) Wrap it up 
Example: 

Health - I want to weight 130 pounds, by April 2014, eating healthy smaller meals 5 times a day, juicing, doing portion control, drinking a gallon of water per day, and exercising every day. I feel excited, energetic and joyful by doing that. (close your eyes and feel those feelings)
Money - I want to make $1000 dollars more per month, by March 2014, selling more programs online - my core feelings are abundance and joy. I feel abundant, free, secure and joyful by doing that. (close your eyes and feel what is to feel that way).
Love - I want to be dating a man that is single, available, tall, physically fit, blue eyes, positive, spiritual, between the age of 40 to 55, financially stable, non smoker, nature and animal lover;  that desires a committed relationship, by February 2014 - my core feelings are romance and love . I feel in love, passionate, inspired and energized by doing that. (close your eyes and feel what romance and love is for you)

Create sub-areas if you need: 
Ex:  Health (eating habits, exercise, allergies, etc..) //  Relationship ( family, friends, lover, etc..) //
Money (job, savings, career plan...) 

Do the same with each of these sub-areas of your life.

7) Remember this Important Note:
When everything sucks, and you don’t know how to get out, read this: 

I know that life has its ups and downs. I learn through contrast. I stop my monkey mind:  this is not how I want to feel. 

How I really want to feel is _________(say your core feeling) 
 
Ask: What can I do now to experience this ___________? (your core feeling)

By doing this you will feel an expansion, and solutions will come to you.
