After coaching for many years, I can tell you the most common answer ends up being a tentative answer and a shrug! We often do not know who we are. And some of us find that that's because we are always true to ourselves in our work, relationships, finances and health.

PART 2: Imagine This...
One day something terrible upsets you. It triggers pent up anger from a similar past situation and you feel taken advantage, like a failure, and frustrated. However, instead of letting it boil up, you consciously choose to understand it, and use it to help you reach success. You embrace this challenge, and those that follow as an opportunity to use your newfound wisdom to succeed.

By finding the confidence in who you are, so much so, that any situation or challenge that arises is relatively easy to navigate.
