YOUR HOMEWORK: 

Here is what I would like you to do: 
Observe your thoughts. Take notes when you have a thought that triggers unbalanced feelings, such as
sadness, anger, despair, depression. Write down the thoughts you are having that are triggering those feelings. No judging, just observation. This will help you identify which thought is causing which feeling so that you can start taking charge of your mind and master it. Once you pin point the thought, then reverse it to a positive statement. 
For example: "I am not good enough",  "I am fat", or "People don't treat me with respect"
Reverse these thoughts to: "I love and accept myself as I am, and as I do so, I attract friendly people to my life experience". Open your eyes and look for evidence to can find friendly people. 



KEEP FOCUSED AND CONNECTED WITH YOUR PURPOSE AND TRUTH,
BECAUSE YOU WERE MEANT TO BE HAPPY AND INSPIRE MANY PEOPLE TO BE TOO!
