YOUR HOMEWORK: 

Start a list of all the things you are grateful for. Read this list every night, before going to bed. 
It can be small things such as: I am grateful for the smell of coffee in the morning,,, 
or big things, such as I am grateful for my health, my house, my friends...

Take notes of how you feel once you start to connect more with being grateful for everything.
