YOUR HOMEWORK:
Observe the thoughts you have from facts and people, and determine whether each statement sounds
like a fact or an assumption.
A fact is something like this: "It is raining today".
An assumption is: "If it rains, I will be late for my appointment".
An assumption is not necessarily true, but the fact that you start believing on it, may trigger emotions that will lead you to feel depressed or anxious. Transform your negative assumptions into positive ones. Instead of
assuming it is going to rain, just say: Today is going to be a beautiful day, I will accomplish all that I need, no matter what! Observe, the assumptions you have about people and do the same.
