Pay attention on your five senses. Let them be your guide.
When breathing, do it with awareness and feel the air filling up your lungs.
When drinking or eating, take your time to really taste the drink or the food.
Practice observing details, when looking at things. Pay attention to what people are saying.
Pay attention to the sound of the environment, listening more carefully.
Feel the objects you touch: the pen, the paper, your close, a handshake, etc.
You will notice that doing these things will awake you to another reality: the present moment.
